Sietske van der Veen, born 1992, is a historian and postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Hebrew and Jewish Studies and the Amsterdam School of Historical Studies at the University of Amsterdam. Her research interests include Jewish places and spaces, perceptions of Jewish heritage, Jewish/non-Jewish encounters, antisemitism, Jewish elites, and Jewish belonging in the modern period.
